This is a poem from Teresa who attended the January 2015 healing and detox retreat in Nuweiba, shared with us on our last evening of poetry and song. Its called The Fab Four.

Susan booked an exclusive healing retreat following a revelation that shook her marriage. Her husband had had an affair. The hot pain of betrayal ripped through to her core, she was devasted, future dreams shattered, self confidence at an all time low. After her 2 day healing retreat with Sandra, The Love Clinic, using EMO Energy in Motion for emotional transformation Susan was amazed that she really had healed and was able to put it all behind her. Broken heart mended, relationship and self confidence back at the end of her retreat she wrote this poem.

Soften and Flow, Bring in Your Love To Make You Glow

Here is a poem of Strength a Mantra just for you
You see inside you is that ability you just didn’t have a clue
It’s during your darkest moments that you must focus on the light
That’s your inner sanctum that gives you the energy to fight

In you is your heart that builds your energy
To help it beat strongly you must set your baggage free
The baggage you describe is often a painful past
In reality it’s just energy that you have got stuck fast

My Egyptian Discovery On My Chosen Retreat

To be lying wide awake at twenty to three
At present is not unusual to me

To be lying awake with a bum going numb
I can say is not an unusual one

Numb from leaning, back to the wall
But this time a change, I no longer feel small
