Sandra graduated in Physics and enjoyed a first career in Computing. Following a transformational experience on a raw foods and detox healing retreat in 1998, she found her new direction in Natural Healing, and pursued training as a Master Herbalist and Colonic Therapist.
In 2000 she discovered EFT and in 2002 EMO, powerful tools from the world of energy psychology which was in its infancy at that time. Quickly realising the massive potential for healing that this field was offering, Sandra set out to introduce these techniques across the UK becoming one of the UKs leading trainers for The Guild of Energists.
Sandra is a world class healer and trainer, and seen as a leading voice in the rapidly growing field of energy psychology. She is a regular presenter at the International Energy Conferences, has been Conference Master of Ceremonies.

Positioned now with knowledge and experience of both natural healing through diet, herbs and cleansing and detoxification and energy healing for the emotions and spirit, Sandra created her own unique healing retreats, combining the power of fasting and cleansing with energy healing for the emotions. With yoga and meditation added and a focus on energy nutrition, all areas of mind body and spirit health were now addressed.
