Weight Loss Holiday Programme
You may come for a detox and to lose weight, but you will discover and gain so much more. This programme is in fact a complete detox for Mind Body and Spirit in three major parts :
1) Physical Cleanse and Detoxification through 100% raw food diet, juice fasting, and intestinal cleansing with weight loss from 4-7 lbs a week.
2) Emotional and Spiritual Cleanse through workshops and therapies that release all stress, past and present
3) Flexing, strengthening and aligning of mind body and spirit through daily Yoga and meditation.
PLUS lots of free time to relax, do nothing, swim, have optional relaxation therapies.

Our Venues
We like to be off the beaten track, far from the big commercial resorts to Nuweiba, transferring from Sharm el Sheikh or Taba. The venues are small beautiful hotels that are comfortable clean and all rooms are ensuite with air conditioning, phone and satellite TV and mini bar. We make sure they have a nice pool, have a private beach and outdoor dining and viwes that will take your breath away....above and below water!
Facilitators and Therapists
The Programme is designed and lead by International Trainer and Author Sandra Hillawi, and supported by experienced therapists and yoga teacher. Sandra Hillawi has been working in natural healing and energy psychology for 10 years and has run many retreats in the past. In addition to detoxification, her specialist talents are in emotional and spiritual health and is a talented healer in her own right. Sandra will be leading the healing workshop programme and offering personal consultations during the week.
Jo Hogarty has been practicing yoga since she was a child and is a most experienced and very popular yoga teacher, with a mischievous spirit and a happy twinkle in her eye, you will love her classes.
A Healthy Way to Lose Weight
Far from fad diets, fresh wholesome fruits and vegetables as nature intended and their juices provide optimum nutrition and a natural low calorie low GI diet. This is a meat free, dairy free, bread-free zone but we still make sure you enjoy delicious meals with some surprise desserts. Stay 2 weeks and you will have time to explore in depth your emotional eating behaviours and change patterns that will allow you to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle when you return home.
We have no gyms, we have no treadmills. We just have walking, swimming, yoga, and trekking in the Sinai mountains as you enjoy your healthy detox diet.
