Kath Baker is an experienced reflexologist, based in Havant Hampshire UK. Kath has trained in many other healing therapies over her 20 years in healing including EFT, EMO, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Psych-K, EMF Balancing.

Kath has been a regular member of the staff team on Sandra's healing and detox retreats, offering reflexology plus emotional and spiritual healing with EFT and EMO, powerful energy healing therapies. Her light touch for reflexology and polarity work will leave you totally blissed out!

Kath is herself a warm wonderful deeply caring and generous hearted soul, with a great sense of humour. She brings love light and laughter to our retreats in addition to her healing magic and passion for healing and helping people along their spiritual journey.
