I have chosen Habiba Village Nuweiba for this healing retreat as they have an Organic Farm so most of the juice menu will be from locally grown organic produce and be great for our nutrition and health needs. I have 2 levels of package: Basic 'Juice on the Beach' and Supported 'Juice on the Beach PLUS Health Extras' according to budget and guest needs.
Its not often we have the opportunity to experience such a deep cleanse, for some its a once in a life time opportunity. Though after the recent broadcast on Fat Sick and Nearly Dead on TV Channel 5 showing the benefits of long juice fasts, it may be come more common! You are welcome to join us for 1-4 weeks or longer if I have enough demand!

Basic Package : 'Juice on the Beach'
Is for those who's sole aim is weight loss and detox and who want to maximise their weight loss and length of stay on a limited budget, and join the evening meditation/relaxation session.

Supported Package : 'Mind Body Spirit Health Extras'
This is for anyone who wants a fully supported programme. It has all the 'Juice on the Beach' basics plus additional nutrition support, herbs for a deeper cleanse with less detox symptoms, relaxation therapies one to one and in groups, self help techniques to learn use and take home with you, with group healing sessions and one to one help. If you have some stress or emotional or physical concerns to address, need more support for your healing journey to make changes in your life this is the package for you.
This supported package is strongly recommended to anyone new to detoxing and healing.

Please bring cash to pay your therapists if you book extras while you are there, though there is an ATM that dispenses Egyptian and UK currency in the local Nuweiba town.

How To Book
Contact Sandra by email or Skype (sandrahillawi) with your phone number to discuss your needs, package option and accommodation preference and transfer requirements. An email confirmation with invoice will be sent to you, which you need to confirm with payment to reserve your place.
A minimum non refundable deposit of 20% is required with booking and balance 4 weeks before the start date. Payment accepted by: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard, or Bank transfer. In the exceptional cases where none of these is available to you, please ask about payment on arrival.
Preparation For Your Retreat
A full information document will be sent to you after payment has been received containing information about : the resort, meet and greet details, what to bring, and how to prepare for your cleansing retreat plus you will receive a confidential wellness questionnaire where you can state your personal aims to help facilitators and therapists support you better.
Dietary preparation is important before commencing your juice fasting retreat to minimise uncomfortable detox symptoms. This weight loss retreat is not recommended for anyone who is underweight. Please discuss other possibilities with sandra in this case.
